ββAbout Meβ
I'm Aaron, Adult Acrobatics Coach and Skill Acquisition Fanatic
I have no gymnastics or dance background, but get asked all the time if I'm a gymnast or dancer. You don't need talent, or a childhood background in acrobatics to learn advanced movement skills.
And you don't need to sacrifice all your free time for it either.
Learning aerials, macacos, handstands, back handsprings, helicopteros or flares is possible, like my students and friends in their 30s, 40s and 50s show me every day.
Skillful movement can be learned at any stage in life.
All you need, is the right knowledge.
After over a decade of teaching and years of studying sports science I want to share the most powerful tool that will allow you to learn even the most stubborn acro skills:
β
βThe Acro Roadmap.
Download it.
Assess your favorite skill and your level.
Create an up-to-date training plan.
And your next session should already be better than the last. π
