βWhat Other Students Are Saying About The Core 6 Program:
ββ"I donβt know what I would have done over the past few months had I not found your program because life has been overwhelming. But, you have developed a template that can be used for just minutes a day that allows for 1) conditioning maintenance, 2) demonstrable increases in strength and flexibility, and, above all, 3) digestible and enjoyable content that makes me look forward to my next practice!!!"

β"Its only week 4 and I am already seeing so much progress on my lighthouse goal; the freestanding handstand. I am now able to kick up and find the balance point while staying there for a 3 or 4 seconds."
- Nathan, Beginning Acrobat
βAbout Meβ
I'm Aaron, Adult Acrobatics Coach and Sports Science Fanatic
I have no gymnastics or dance background, but get asked all the time if I'm a gymnast or dancer. Today my students in their 30s, 40s and 50s show me that skillful movement can be learned at any stage in life.
But we need to set the right foundation.
After a decade of teaching and years of studying sports science I wanted to share what I found makes the biggest difference in adult acrobatics.
Adults who learn fast in any acrobatic sports like capoeira, gymnastics, breaking or acro dance can all do a few, or all of these six skills really, really well:
βfront splits, middle Splits, bridges, straight arm handstands, handstand push-ups, and arching squats.
These are the Core 6 skills.
With them, you are well prepared for acrobatic exploration.
What most adults don't know: it takes little to improve the entire foundation. You don't need to practice hours each day. 15 minutes a day are enough. And in the workout plan I even show you a variation that takes as little as 10 minutes of practiceβand across the weeks you will get better at all Core 6 skills.
If you don't have 2-3 hours to practice every day but want to get better, I believe you can't miss this workout plan. π

To moving with freedom,
β
